Hi! We’re Trevor and Tanya and we live life with a sense of thankfulness and enthusiasm. We are known for our transparent and joy-filled teaching style that encourages and challenges others.
Our relatable real-life trials and triumphs are shared to educate, equip and encourage husbands and wives in their God-given roles as we present practical ways to apply God’s principles to both marital and family relationships.
We have served with FamilyLife in a variety of roles since 2008 and currently serve as Team Leaders with FamilyLife Local. We were married in 2001 and reside in White Lake, WI with our four incredible children.
We didn’t know a whole lot about how to create a healthy marriage when we walked down the aisle in October of 2001.
Although medical professionals had told us that children would be unlikely, by 2007 we had welcomed four children into our family.
While our relationship was in a fairly good place, we had little instruction or example of how to build a thriving marriage.
In 2008, upon hearing about an upcoming marriage conference, we scheduled our first weekend getaway. At the Weekend to Remember we found ourselves encouraged and excited to hear from couples who shared authentically and provided a model of how to cultivate a thriving marriage.
The weekend sparked a passion for learning how to live out a healthy marriage and family and help others to do the same. Our next step was joining the volunteer team for a local Weekend to Remember.
In 2015 we applied to join staff with FamilyLife, a ministry of Cru and shortly thereafter, accepted a part time volunteer staff role for 2 years (while working a full time job to provide for the needs of our family).
In 2018 we were asked to help launch FamilyLife Local, a new branch of the ministry, as Team Leaders.
We are currently in the process of raising our remaining support to allow us to join God where He is at in a full time capacity with FamilyLife.
“Simply put, Trevor and Tanya Kravick are real-life Marriage Heroes to the world around them. My wife Carol and I are honestly amazed at the radical decisions the Kravicks have made to give up their comfort zones to passionately serve families, while at the same time, pouring their hearts into their own children. This couple’s idea of leadership is Christ-like servanthood, and that kind of life commitment is life-changing for the people in their care.” – Brett Ray, Author of Tuesday Tiny Tips, Founder and Executive Director of Right Choice Communications, and Weekend To Remember Speaker for FamilyLife
